FLIPPIN' OUT GYMNASTICS BIRTHDAY PARTIES

We supply the fun, you supply all of the party extras (cake, candles, drinks, tablecloths, paper plates, utensils, cups and any other birthday items needed). We have a refrigerator and freezer for all of your supplies. The staff at Flippin’ Out will take care of it all so you can sit back and enjoy!

Birthday Party Includes:

• 20 guests including birthday child

• Private facility for party

• Set up and clean up from the Flippin' Out staff

• Flippin' Out present for the birthday child

Birthday Options

Open Play- $300

Bounce House options:
Small (toddler size)
Large (climb up and slide down)

Time Options:
1 hour in the gym / 30 minutes in the party room = 1.5 hour party
1 hour in the gym / 1 hour in the party room = 2 hour party
1.5 hour in the gym / 30 minutes in the party room = 2 hour party

Full payment of $300 is due at the time of booking. An invoice will be sent via email.
Your party is not officially booked until payment is received

QUICK FACTS:

Each participant is required to have a waiver filled out by a parent/guardian before entering the gym.
Only parents of toddlers (1-3 years of age) are allowed in the gym with a waiver on file (1 parent per child). All other party participants ages 4+ are not allowed to be accompanied by a parent. Parents and siblings will be asked to wait in the viewing area if staying the duration of the party.

Outside food is welcome in the party room only. Once the gym portion of the party is over the gym will officially be closed. Please be sure to schedule your food delivery in advance to avoid late delivery to our facility.

Host families are only allotted 15 minutes prior & post party time for set up and clean up as we book multiple events each weekend. Please be cautious of the time during your party.

Host families are responsible for distributing an electronic Flippin’ Out Gymnastics Waiver to each party participant. A unique party waiver is created specifically for your event and sent via email upon booking.
